Payment Security Notice: All online payments are handled securely by authorized payment gateways. EventLab does not store debit card, credit card, or banking credentials on our servers.

EventLab utilizes the WhatsApp Business Platform to issue digital tickets, event updates, reminders, and customer support. By using our WhatsApp services, we may collect your mobile number, message interactions, QR code scans, and delivery receipts in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

  • Process ticket purchases and issue digital QR code tickets.

  • Event Organizers: We share registration lists and check-in statuses with respective event organizers for entry verification and venue operations.
  • Service Partners: Authorized cloud hosting, SMS, email delivery, WhatsApp API, and payment gateway providers bound by confidentiality terms.
  • Legal Requirements: When compelled by law, legal process, or official regulatory authority requests.
